Goal Shipping Policy
All products are transported by common carrier and are shipped out in good and as advertised condition within 5 business days.
Once the carrier receives the product the carrier then becomes responsible for its condition at time of delivery. All damages then become the responsibility of the carrier. Any dispute over damage or the condition of the product is between the carrier and the customer.
To avoid becoming the owner of a damaged system, take the following steps at the time of delivery. If damage is apparent REFUSE delivery. Only sign for product if you are sure that it is not damaged, and be sure to add SUBJECT TO INSPECTION along with your signature. If you then find any damage contact the carrier and file a claim. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with freight carriers or manufacturer when damage is found. This must be done within 24 hours of delivery.
All deliveries are “curb-side” meaning that the shipping company is only responsible for getting the product to the customer’s address, the customer is responsible for unloading the product and getting it inside. The selected transportation company will call the customer ahead to set up delivery arrangements. Please ask our associates for more details.
